My career goal is to build experience from volunteer and community work so that I can secure a community orientated position in psychology. I like helping people through personal problems and am often a person friends turn to when they need help. I am also passionate about psychological methods and theories and finding ways that they can be applied to real world situations. I am currently in university working towards a bachelor’s major in psychology with a minor in criminology. While a degree is useful, I believe it is necessary to start building experience in the field before graduation.
